Hulu: Stream TV shows & movies App Reviews

Scrolling for days. Nothing good about it. Bring back the old UI.

I dont want to have to add shows that I watch to a special folder. Just go back to the way it was.

What were they thinking? Takes way to long to find anything to watch. Will be canceling!

I really loved Hulu... more than Netflix. But then... you went and changed the menu and I absolutely HATE it!!!!!!!! Idiotic on your part. Im not going to spend 10 minutes trying to find my show where it usually was now its not there but there is random shows that Ive never even watched!!!!!!! Then I end up having to go search for it. Sorry I guess Ill go back to my Netflix. ??

I like Hulu but it deletes shows very frequently. Please dont delete One Piece yet lol Im almost caught up plus if you delete it I wont have anywhere to watch the brand new episodes that come out every week.

Has some glitches especially on my 4th gen apple tv. While streaming It will go to ad then back to the show and the sound wont start.

The new update for the Apple TV does not allow me to turn off auto play. Soon as an episode is done it starts a new one or a completely different show thats not even in my list. It does not play anything in order any more. Please fix soon.

Great app but only thing youre missing is to be able to download shows and movies !!!! For when troops are out in training or deployment and want Watch in their free time !! Please and thank you

Quite possibly the worst User Experience Ive ever seen. What used to take me seconds to dive into my favorite show is now shrouded into obscurity and far from intuitive. I spent the better part of the last hour trying to rebuild my entire profile since Hulu didnt import anything from my account for me. Fire the project lead whose responsibility was to make this update a success if you care about any of your users. Roll back to the previous UI before this ? otherwise Im canceling my subscription and paying 10x for actual cable. Its that horrifically bad.

Its pretty. Thats the only positive thing. I cant find what I want to watch! If I want a sci-fi tv show I either have to look at only recommended titles or everything in the sci-fi genre including movies and tv. Why cant I look at tv shows of a certain genre? Why does it all have to be mashed together. I dont want to have to choose to search by tv shows or by genres but not both. Also, with practically all the lists being built on recommendations I feel like Im not seeing over half the library. I want to see it all not just what you think I want. Focus on usability more instead of making it so pretty because Ill probably drop the service if it stays this frustrating to use.

New Apple TV layout makes it much more tedious to find my shows. Old version worked much better. The iPad version is much better organized and has a better layout. Please make the Apple TV version similar to the iPad

The new user interface on the xbox is unusable. Requiring the user to filter through each show, is high makes browsing terrible. I have been a Hulu subscriber for about 8 years and this is making me unwilling to use your product. So I am just going to cancel, you are simply no longer worth $8 a month.

This has become such a pain to use. It makes me think, "Im not sure I want to watch this because Hulu is the only option,a don I dont feel like dealing with that app. App designers are going nuts these days trying to distinguish their apps and make them look special. Unfortunately many developers and users are finding they pay the price for the high style look and feel. This update is so frustrating. It doesnt keep the next episode up to date on the AppleTV TV app. Then, because they have hidden where you can browse the episodes, I waste 5 minutes trying to get to the right episode and end up streaming a terrifying blend of language so vile it would make Quagmire blush. I get what they are going for. Other apps are doing it. I dont like them either.

The whole app deserves a revamp. It all feels old and clunky. Netflix is doing it right, it has smooth animations and looks clean. I think it also needs a backwards and forwards button just like the new YouTube app has. If you arent going to skip intros like Netflix does at least include a better way to skip the intros while youre binge watching a series. I cant tell you how many times Ive tried to skip an Intro using my finger and had to go back because I went to far. Some episodes I watch are only 11 minutes long, do you know how annoying it is ? Also stop dropping your partnerships with tv companies like CBS now I cant even watch "Pen and Teller Fool us". Just update the app more often. We hardy get any updates and this app is beginning to look ugly .Ill bump my stars and im sure others will too if you update it more.

I thought it was good that I could watch tv shows that I missed, but there are commercials and you cannot fast forward through them. If I want that I will just watch regular tv. Even with regular tv and Dvr you can pause it co e back and the fast forward through the commercials. So why pay for it?

Im playing this on my chrome cast and after he ads have played, they give me this bs error. I try again, they play even more ads, and again- then a error.

The new OS for Hulu is absolute garbage. So confusing. So inefficient. Please work on this.

You took off I am jazz and put I am cait. Like the Kardashians and Jenners dont already have enough shows. Hulu is just becoming more and more disappointing.

The new Apple TV update is horrible. Theyve taken a straight forward easy to use interface and turned it into a convoluted, unusable mess. All I want is to know when a show I watch has a new episode available, whats so hard about that. Im sorry but all this other crap is not going to make me watch The Mindy Project.

Have to say new is not always better. New update on Apple TV 4 is just god awful. Searching for show with out seeing what they are is just useless unless you know what you are looking for. Please go back to the old way before you lose a huge clientele. App deserves no stars if I could give it.
