Cant navigate it effectively and they seem to have made the change for the purpose of change. If youre going to revamp the UI, maybe actually make something that is an improvement and is _easier_ to use?
The latest update on Apple TV looks great, but is not usable for browsing shows or watching my favorites. Selecting a show is a long and cumbersome process with the new user interface. A lack of visual cues makes it hard to tell what Ive seen already. Hoping there are some major changes coming to keep Hulu a viable option for streaming TV.
I really dont like the new interface! Every time I go into Hulu now I complain about it and it takes forever to get where I want to go. Its confusing and I have no idea where I left off in a series. Its also annoying to try to get into a shows details. I havent had loading issues, but in general the new update is frustrating. I have used Hulu on my Apple TV and Xbox 360 and both are annoying.
New update is horrible
Cant download shows and watch off line like other similar services. No quick skip forward function, only rewind 10 sec or slide timeline bar.
I watch anime on Hulu a lot and most of them are on sub can you make a the seasons dub please its kinda annoying reading it and watching it at the same time.
I have used Hulu for years? I have paid my monthly subscription fee and been a longtime customer. All of a sudden I cannot access my favorite shows? Why not? If this is not remedied promptly, Ill be deleting. I am so disappointed that I have used this service for years only to be disappointed now.
The app used to work when I downloaded it using my US iTunes account with my HK account logged in on my iPhone. Now it stucks on the loading screen without any clear indication why its happening. Please have it fixed so that it bypasses this restriction, as I believe that I shouldnt be constrained to logging in a US iTunes account to access the content.
Of course you have to pay just like Netflix but with about ten times more shows and a thirty day trail AMAZING APP
The interface borders on unusable. It is so hard to find shows that we already watch. Please change it back.
Please fix Apple TV interface. I cant find my shows I watch that have new episode. The whole interface is half baked. Please have the a settings options to change layout -- or change the show algorithm per a profile. Terrible, terrible, terrible update. You have missed the boat with this customer -- I might just cancel my membership because the user interface is so poor and uninformative.
Just bring back the old experience. I cant see what new episodes came out. Its just endless scrolling through shows I dont watch. This is a huge failure.
While the New app is big bold and in your face it just feels too up close to be useful. Unless what you want is in the first few choices good luck on finding it. And there seems to be no way to go back to the beginning. You have to sit there and rewind??
IT DELETED MY WHOLE WATCHLIST. IT WONT LET ME VIEW VIDEOS OR EPISODES. FIX IT IMMEDIATELY. I PAY MONEY FOR YOUR SERVICES. HURRY UP!
This new update is frustrating. The TVOS version is even worse. I am considering canceling my subscription.
Im not sure what youre doing splitting into two apps but the new Apple TV update is a huge step backwards. Hulu had been awesome up until this point. Please fire Lady Gaga and get a practical designer.
This is terrible. Worst app version yet. No big home screen to see all the random crap you could watch. I have to use my iPhone hulu app and send it to the appleTv. Please pull your heads out.
The navigation just got worse. Put the grid back. And there are major oversights in the GUI. Like when I am on a series and swipe over to the episodes, it doesn’t go to the first episode. C’mon now.
Not aesthetically pleasant to the eye. The font is too big, the images blend to much into the background. I like the color schemes though.
