It kept saying check internet connection and I have fine internet connection and it wont let me personalize my profile

Great content absurdly bad UI. The addition of profiles were much needed; however the UI makes it hard to find anything. Was very excited about the addition of live TV but canceled early as it was mission impossible to find any live TV!!

This new update took away the ability to restart from "My Stuff" also its hard to find the shows home page. AWFUL UPDATE

I dont even know which update people are referring to when they say hulu is trash. i mean, its bad enough that my video interface looks like garbage, its outdated, theres no fast forward button, and every time i pause, instead of just shading the picture, it fills my screen with the description of the episode. pick the game up guys, this is horrible.

I hate having to go leave a movie or episode in the middle of it and having to come back and find exactly where I was because it restarted.

I really like Hulu,but I cant seem to figure out that if Im paying for this app why is there so many commercials/ads.To be honest because of ads watching Hulu is basically the same thing as watching regular cable.I really cant even enjoy my show because theres so many commercials/ads!But besides that everything else seems to be great and to my satisfaction.All I hope that they change is the future,is less commercials/ads.

The recent update gets rid of the grid search. This only reappears when you exhaust all the listings Hulu recommends in the the new list format when you reach , the view more option. When browsing anywhere, if you click into an episode to read the description or on a movie title to read about that then change your mind to go back to browsing, it takes you to the top of the list or grid and you have to scroll back to where you were. I think its new design is intentionally frustrating so that viewers will just choose something to watch rather than browse through everything. If the design was not meant to be this poor then this is just a huge fail. Please fix these things hulu!

I love it! If you dont see your show on Netflix, its most likely its on Hulu! One apon a time? More on hulu so good I MEAN SO AMAZIN GUYS MUST GET ????????????????????????????????????????

I do not like your new app design on the Amazon Fire unit. It is not user friendly at all & is frustrating to search through. Also, I am having constant buffering issues. Sometimes about 10 seconds apart. Please consider changing back to old version or similar & fix buffering problems. Thank you.

Always freezes up and doesnt work right I recommend using Netflix over this. If could I give it zero stars I would. A waste of money too. Too many ads and commercials!!!!!

Is it just me or has the number of commercials increased significantly the last few months? It feels like normal television now. What gives?

Honestly I cant even remember all the ways that this app has annoyed me lately. The new interface is not at all user friendly. My boyfriend and I connect our Hulu to our Chromecast on our phones, and for some reason whenever one of us connects it, it disconnects it from the other phone, turns off the show we were watching, and then when we try to replay it, it doesnt show the spot we stopped at so we have to restart. When were doing a marathon watching session and it stops to ask if were still watching (an annoying trait they took from Netflix) I cant click play and so I have to disconnect and reconnect again to play. And when I try to play something I recently watched, it doesnt show my recently watched shows on the home screen so I have to search for it. Why?? There are other things but there are just too many things to even remember it all. Im just so annoyed by this dumb app lately.

Where do I start, they went from 3 commercials to 4, but yall want us to pay more for no commercials...the quality ? to ? is customers is not happy u making us pay for ?? get yall ? together, why is there an updated version on Android and not on here

Great library but the new AppleTV app is unusable. Literally every option to navigate this app is broken now.

Before the update (huge change to the platform of the entire app), I loved Hulu. Now its not user friendly AT ALL! I hate it. I use my Amazon Firestick now.

Hulu and I pad does not make a solid relationship, unstable, shows u have never watched end up in your watch list and cannot b removed. As of recent the Hulu home screen has gone semi dark and is stalled. Shows picked "for you" do not have any commonality with the shows u do watch.
