New Interface is horrible. I decided to end my subscription.

Thanks Hulu, theres nothing better than wasting time in this new UI. Its a joke and Ben Smith should be fired for this. I used to love your service but now not so much. I did however purchase live tv but sorry its with PlayStation Vue and not you. Solely because of this stupid update. My 40 dollars a month is going to someone else.

I opened the app today and I could not tap anywhere to continue.. and it requires login info every time. Is it a bug for this release or it will be like this forever?

Add more shows an Movies ? please Like the Big Bang Theory all seasons , Non stop , fault in our stars, Teen Wolf all season, grown ups 1&2 ,The Heat, Sam&Cat, Victorious, Icarly, lights out , all of the insidious chapter 1-2-3, bring it on -in it to win it,bring it on all or nothing, wreck it Ralph, monster university, Tv show scorpions, Madea goes to jail, Madea witnesses protection, pitch perfect 1-2.................... ADD THEM PLEASE ??

Hulu USED to be great. The new interface is frustrating. Its basically made Hulu garbage. I actually skip shows to avoid having to deal with it.

I liked the look but lost all my shows in my list and lost my place in some shows and it will hardly let me watch anything

I dont watch Hulu that often but there are a few shows and movies I want to watch on it which is why I havent cancelled it yet. Of course I go to watch last night and the service mustve been down as it didnt work after trying for 10 minutes. I tried on my Apple TV and my iPad but nothing. Hulu is already annoying with so many commercials and now its not reliable. Netflix for the win.

I subscribe during active seasons of TV shows I like to watch. This is the second time Ive decided to suspend my service, and have been charged anyway for another month. Last time I cancelled to take a break, I had already been charged for the month and the message at cancellation told me that I would have access to Hulu through the date I had already paid for, well, when I tried to use the app that very day, I got an error that said "you must have a Hulu account to watch." I could not use what I had already paid for even though I should have had three more weeks of it. This time, I had cancelled weeks ago, and was just charged again. Of course, there is virtually no way to get ahold of any human to resolve issues with. They have no contact information or way to reach an actual customer service person, so apparently Im just out the money twice in a row now.

The new interface is the dumbest, least logical, least user-friendly thing Ive ever seen in my entire life. WHO designed it?! They should be fired on the spot. Whats even worse now, is that I cant freaking watch any full episode! The auto-resume function now only plays seconds of each episode (the end credits where left off), and thats all it continuously does, all day - play only seconds of every episode. And theres no option to "start from beginning" I have to go into each single episode and rewind manually. I liked Hulu for the continuous auto-play feature because I could do work, or housework, or even go to bed at night and let it play and now its basically useless to me.

Stuff always fails to load, the interface is confusing (but very pretty), the subtitles go off and on at random, the subtitles are sometimes off. Its just a terrible app.

You should put the Big Bang theory on Hulu.

I fell asleep watching a series last night and now I cant figure how to get back to episode two, which is where I crashed. My only option is to continue watching the episode where I fell asleep. What the what?

Worst App ever made considering the size of the company and their repeated attempts to take more money from customers. Everything everyone says on here is correct: where are my shows from other devices, why am I constantly deleting and re-downloading, the interface is total garbage..... the list goes on and on and on how bad this app is - double that for Apple TV. Horrendous! If my kid didnt love TMNT thered be no freaking way Id ever deal with this crap company and their sorry app again. ... now I can breathe after spending 20 minutes solving the tech issues once again with their tv app. Joke School!

There is always something wrong with Hulu.

It worked for a day and then I tried the next day and it said to retry because of a problem with connection. This needs to get fixed soon. NETFLIX FOR LIFE❤️
