Hulu: Watch TV shows & movies App Reviews

Such a horrible update!!!

You app is broken, I logged into Hulu for the first time in about a week and when I got there, my watch list was gone. I tried searching up the show I wanted and I found it. The thing is, all the episodes where gone, I couldnt even watch the trailers. I tried out random movies and it was the same way.

Not even free pay to watch crap

So I dont know why there is no season 4 on steaven universe on Hulu can you add it please

Doesnt work. Dvr cant record what you ask it to. Cant rewind fast forward etc. live signals constantly dropped. Pathetic service. Its embarrassing. Wanted to leave my cable company but this made me go back. I hate cable but this is worse.

I get it. Someone had to justify there job but they did a terrible job doing this. More is not better. Just because can do something doesnt mean you have to. I dont want to go threw each show. I like the thumbnail approach were I can see 10 to 15 shows Id like to watch. Scrolling through one at a time is a waste of my time. Might go back to cable

I dont understand whats wrong with this app on ANY device. WHY OH WHY is it anytime I need to shut my tv off in the middle of an episode I cant resume where I left off?? Isnt that a standard thing for a streaming app, to be able to do that?? Also, when i get back on to start another episode it wont tell me where I left off at and almost always will restart the previous episode that I watched. It never says when I fully watched an episode either. Hulu is freaking bananas and Im going to uninstall and cancel. FIX. PLEASE. Netflix has you beat by a million.

I love redesigns and do not hold on to past designs/patterns just because its how it always was. So with that said, the new UI is pretty, especially on the Apple TV, but its just awful to use. I can no longer easily find my shows or navigate. Ive been using hulu so much less because of it. Im afraid I will need to cancel my subscription because Im just unable to easily navigate around the TV app and just always end up frustrated. The version before the redesign, I had no complaints with hulu.

When I use it on Apple TV the user interface has gone to crap. When I use it on my iPhone, it no longer supports my Lightning to HDMI adapter. So basically useless on all fronts. The content is there, and using apples new TV app I can still kinda get to my shows, but other than that, Hulu took a nose dive. Disappointed.

I was extremely disappointed when i found out the walking dead was not on hulu Please put the walking dead on hulu!!

I like Hulu but there is a few problems. First, some of the shows are so behind!! Almost all the shows I like to watch are not up to date at all. Like with one show I watch, on Hulu it only goes up to season four, even though there is actually a season ten out! The other thing is just that you took out spongebob and I used to watch that but now I cant. Please bring back spongebob! Otherwise Hulu is good. Shows I want you to catch up or bring back: Spongebob Squarepants, Steven Universe, The Amazing World of Gumball, and Clarence.

The ability to watch offline was announced 7 months ago and still cant be done. What a joke of an app.

The apple tv app is horrendous. The UI is horrific, sound also cuts in and out after watching an episode, forcing a restart. Their ads are the worst too.

Add the Big Bang Theory, insidious chapter 1,2,3. & ouija 1 & 2 , scorpion , Sam & cat , Victorious, Icarly , Full House & Fuller house , An more Disney movies an shows , teen nick shows , Teen Wolf , All of the Bring it was n Movies ?. Magnificent , the blind side ,

Its a good app but the mobile app has a problem with the aspect ratio when I try to mirror my phone to my TV via HDMI cable. When not connected to a TV you have the option to see your show FULL SCREEN on the phone, but when you connect to TV via HDMI cable you are lucky if the show is half of the size of your TV and the worse part there is no option to change the aspect ratio no where. Hulu needs to fix this problem by maybe having the option to be able to watch your shows in full screen! Like their XBOX app for example.

I dont have a problem with the service itself but the app is completely unusable right now. Every time I try to launch the app it shows a message saying "somethings not right." None of my other devices has a problem running Hulu except my iPhone.

Absolute failure compared to Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO Now. The design is really bad and und super unintuitive. It is slow and right now it doesnt even work saying I dont have an Internet connection... hmm. If I am not connected to the Internet, how am I sending this review? To developers: search for "Reachability" on GitHub. It is a library that can help you determine whether or not the users device is connected to the Internet. With that being said, Im going to uninstall this app right after I am finished writing this review and I will delete my Hulu account and will never sign up again and tell all my friends in person and on social media not to use it. Because it is not worth it. Bye.

Why in the world would you take away all the D.C. Comic shows? Please add them back

Why are some of the shows not up to date. At least Netflix is up to date.
