We can only hope they read all these negative reviews and get rid of this terrible layout. It looks nice but man is it a pain to navigate. It doesnt get easier with time either. Its so frustrating that I use this even less and just go to Netflix.

Hulu, get with the program and make the app work. It never loads and when it does, it has taken about 20 tries for it to actually stream. NETFLIX does not have this problem as I have both and soon, Ill just be canceling Hulu if you guys dont fix the problem.

Im an avid Hulu watcher and never had any problems until recently. The app hardly ever allows me to watch shows on my Apple TV--Im always getting error messages. Even if I do manage to get it to work, at the end of an episode Ill get an another error message and wont be able to watch anything else. Its extremely frustrating and I hope they can get it fixed soon. Theres no point in having a Hulu subscription if you cant even watch the shows on their platform.

Hulu on my appleTV keeps crashing repeatedly during any show. This started after the recent appleTV update. Please fix this issue.

I want the old app back. The new one is awful--its like they took everything that worked well on the old version and tweaked it until they were sure their users would be so frustrated that they canceled their subscription. If that was their goal, they are exceeding expectations.

I gave it one star because it doesnt work I cant watch anything and it says theres no wifi when i have great wifi.

Sometimes I can watch a movie all the way through without any buffering. But most of the time it doesnt even start and gives me a message about no internet connection even though every other device in the house says otherwise. Unusable

Ive been waiting to create an account with Hulu until I realized not all HBO , Starz etc dont have all the seasons when a show comes back on . Most Channels like HBO never have commercials and it feels so weird when they pop up when I watch power . I hate that they only have season 1 & 2 ??

Fix the cast feature please! I use Chromecast and 3 out of 4 times the app will not cast on my screen. When I hit the cast button it will either do nothing, or the Hulu screen will come up on my tv screen but then nothing happens after that. Netflix, YouTube, Pandora, and HBOgo all cast perfectly onto my tv. You need to fix this problem because they all work great

Since they revamped the app it forces you to choose the only profile each time and then ignores what you want and puts unwanted stuff on watch list.

Hulu is amazing with good quality shows, but poor navigation. Issues: - actors in shows and movies are not included in description - when you pull up genres of shows, lets say vampires, only a few movies are included when wide varieties of shows and movies about vampires are no where to be found in the list. - you cant search a specific genre in search bars - hulus site has movies and shows all over the place in listings making it hard to navigate. - when you resume on a tv, it restarts the movie. Works fine on mobile version however. - also Hulu doesnt seem to update as much as their competitors. Of they want to compete or dominate, they need to update bugs and issues more often. - not many movies/shows have captions in other languages like French, Spanish, etc. Things I like - higher quality in shows, less trashy shows that typically litter most streaming sites. - visual friendly graphic design and streams - geared towards finding more shows based on what I watch Current bugs - when you put videos into a window on mobile devices and then full screen again, the show often stops. - movies and shows missing from genre categories or searches when they are on your streaming service. Things I want to see - Id like to see a more versatile layout for the interface. An interface with less roaming around the site going from tab to tab. - search engines also bring up shows/movies based on actors,genres, or directors you search. - a little more movies/shows. Shows you have are great, but it would be nice to have more options, which Im sure will come once you grow more. - have a feature call backpack or locker, where you star or check videos/shows you really like and want to see again some time; that way you can access it quicker and watch it again. Also keep it near the top so if you are on a current show or movie, you can just bring it up faster since it is conveniently up top. I know you have watchlist, but shows move around in that and disappear once you finish a series or movie. - more dubs for animes I love Hulu, I left other streaming platforms and moved to yours because you were different from the rest. You dont push political shows and bring up emails, ads, or suggestions at the end of everything with said political shows. You focus on your customer, the user. You try to cater to all audiences without alienating the viewer and I appreciate that since many people want to get away from politics and watch shows just to relax. Hulu can easily dominate tv and all streaming platforms. They just cant forget that the viewer and their enjoyment comes first. Love Hulu, cant wait to see your upcoming shows and movies. Keep classy my friends. And please keep what I said in mind.

If youre going to put ads in atleast dont put thousands of them in one video it gets annoying after awhile please fix that or put a skip button.

I was confused when I read something about commercials and then I remembered I started paying a little extra so I dont have to watch commercials. I love Hulu because I can create a profile for my daughter and lock it on childrens programming only. Not only that on Hulu you get to watch really old shows from the 60s & 70s and even older. I was using my sons mini iPad recently and I noticed that since his iPad run slow also I started having problems with Hulu, NETFLIX and Amazon prime to mention a few. I also have a ton of apps and safari running at the same time I am watching a show and I also have the other programs open just searching what to watch and having all those apps and programs open at the same time with an older mini iPad makes everything slower. Now I have my iPad that is a newer version and I dont have those problems so much, just less lagging because I always keep those apps running. Other than that Hulu is great, they havent started yet with the downloads like NETFLIX and Amazon prime but I enjoy all the variety I get with Hulu and also lets me know when a new episode of a show comes out.

I love the Hulu app in the beginning when I first got it because I wanted to binge watch Naruto Shippuden however when I was midway through season 3 every other episode was in Japanese subtitles. Can you add more if not all the Naruto Shippuden dubbed seasons 1-9. Also if there can also be more Fairytale dubbed, Soul Eater dubbed, along with Dragon ball and dragon ball gt dubbed that would be great.

There needs to be some type of app update for this because it acts very slow when I try and cast it on my phone

Im not usually one to write a bad review, but this new update is just horrible. I am having trouble navigating the site now. It used to be simple, and quite easy to find any show or movie. Now, I am endlessly scrolling to find what I need. I also am having a hard time reading the titles and descriptions. Its too small. Please go back to the old version. I have several friends that have the same feelings about the new update. Some of them are actually thinking about canceling their subscription.

Ive had hulu for over a year now and typically watch shows on my Sony KDL46NX810 tv which has the app button. Now within the last 3 weeks I have had nothing but problems watching shows and in the last 2 days cannot even get in to the service because it keeps telling me a network error occurred! Yet I have Amazon Instant video and it works great. Its time to dump Hulu since their support link doesnt work anymore either! DUMP HULU!!

For the past few days when using the app on my iPad I have to log into my account several times per day. This is very frustrating when I use the app on a daily basis. I should not have to log in 5-6 times per day.

Truly the best customer service Ive just about ever encountered. And not just one time, but EVERY time Ive contacted them whether a question or even to cancel etc. just top notch company.
