Hulu: Stream TV shows & movies App Reviews

Right after the commercials, the sound turns off. I have to turn off and on the entire tv, so the show can adjust itself and bring back the sound. Extremely irritating when u constantly have to turn off and on the tv, go back to the show, re-watch the commercials again, so I can finally see and hear the show. It happens right after every commercial, so it takes me over 2 hours to watch each episode of Greys Anatomy. Absolutely hate this app.

I love Hulu but HATE the new layout on my xbox, change it back! Its so much harder to find shows now. Yes it looks good but it hides everything

Its so much harder to discover and find the content I want because the app only allows a few options to be listed on the screen. Ive never seen such a terrible update to the usability of an app. The app needs to be reverted back

Ive had Hulu app for years, but rarely used it due to its user unfriendliness. Hulu had yet to address the problems when trying to use the Hulu app on the Sony Smart TV. Even with this advertised "New Hulu Experience", nothing has changed. I only keep Hulu for my niece, otherwise Id drop it without thinking twice. My advice to anyone considering Hulu - Check out the competition. Hulu is definitely NOT worth the money or frustration!!

New UI is awful. Horrible user experience and my watchlist has been deleted with the new update.

Every time the app updates on Xbone I cringe. Why does it always need fixing but they make it way worse. Now, when an episode is over, it goes to the next one. Great. Except it starts where we left off and not at the beginning. (We Watch episodes of Bobs Burgers a lot) Just make the app work. Please. I pay for premium and am not happy.

I had previously tried Sling TV & PS Vue & HULU TV knocks them both out of the water. Interface beats Sling TV day-in & day-out. The content flow beats PS Vue. I love HULU. Brought me TV when all I had for 2 years was Netflix and YouTube videos for entertainment.

New Apple TV interface is a nightmare.Just put my subscription on hold. If not reverted to old IU by then I will be cancelling.

Completely unusable interface. Ridiculous that you cant add an entire season to your watch list, only an episode at a time. Not to mention all the other non-user friendly aspects. Its obvious that the creator of this update is not a user of their own product. Please go back to the old interface. Newer is not better.

This update is terrible. Especially for Apple TV. Wont even let me watch Attack on Titan. Canceling my membership until they fix this god awful disaster.

The latest update to the Apple TV version is a fail. The home screen presents me with shows I despise. Id prefer to have my selection on the home screen and the ability to suppress suggestions I dont like. Also I dont seem to have the ability to update my preferences I was forced to select after the update. Give us back control over the content we want not what you suggest we should watch. There is a reason we pay for the streaming service

I hate this new update!! Dont even think about changing it on the iPad app. I get so annoyed every time I go to use the Apple TV app.

Not user friendly cant get it to work glitchy

U just had a update on Hulu for the PS4, and ur still not smart enough to fix it where every time u set your controller down, it screws up. How hard is that? Why would u need 2 ways to fast toward. This is why Netflix is much better..

Buggy and slow. You pay for the privilege to use this piece of junk.

The UI of the new Apple TV Hulu app is horrible. I no longer have my list of tv shows that I watch and instead have a list of recommendations in lineup that I dont want to watch. Bring back the old UI. This one is way too busy and cluttered

Hulu, please please please change this. The new UI is literally unusable. I like Hulu and have had it for years, but Im about to delete and unsubscribe. I want to be able to see all the shows that are available, the categories, what Ive watched etc in a simple layout. Right now its like trying to find a show by having to read a novel. The old UI wasnt the best but it worked. Just make that better. Your trying to do to much and in the process youve created something that doesnt work. Hulu is a tv station that has shows. Not a whole app environment. I suspect someone thought this is a way to increase in app engagement, but you have done the complete opposite.

This app has failed me for the last time.
