The new interface on apple tv is horrible. Tons of work just to find one single show. If you do find your shows (which is impossible because tons of content has been removed) youll find only 1 or 2 season. Hulu is garbage now. If 0 stars were possible thats what it would get.

Worst app ever. And so expensive, for a piece of garbage.

So with all the other crap this new update has, Ive gotta say the worst part is the fact the app doesnt do what its supposed to do. Every show I click, all that comes up are the mini videos at the bottom and the title and description. No episodes. This is messed up and Im pretty mad about it, the app let me watch TV wherever I go and now I cant. Guess Ill just hear back to Netflix now, I suggest you learn from them about how to be a good and helpful app.

Bad app. Never loads on its own. Have to open through app store. App icon doesnt work.

Used the app for the first time on smart tv. One episode reset three times and whats the deal with commercials. Netflix has no commercials, is cheaper and easier to use. Not sure I can watch an entire season at this pace.

What you really need to do is add the season four of the thunder mens because it was a real cliffhanger on that last episode of season three and I really want to watch the rest of all of the episodes of the thunder mens because that is a really good show

Need to limit autoplay to 3 then when left playing you dont forget where you were.

I use Hulu on my Apple TV and iPad but Im unable to watch anything on my iPhone 6s. Ive deleted the app, downloaded it over and over, made sure I have the latest version of iOS, and restarted my phone. Ive done this numerous times over the past few months.

Seems to pick and choose when it wants to work for me. Ill be at home or at school with perfect connection and still be stuck on the loading screen. On top of that it always freezes when loading a commercial. I dont pay to look at a black screen and a loading circle so please fix it

I used to love Hulu. Its where all my guilty pleasure shows were, but since last year they have gotten rid of the best shows they had and are basically useless. Its getting to be as bad as Netflix. I wont be paying for Hulu anymore. Seriously disappointed.

Real talk: the new interface is not user friendly. Not only do I end up searching for my favorite shows, but I dont even know when there is a new episode. The My List isnt up-to-date and keeps saying that old episodes are up next. When I click on it, it shows me the most recent episode that Ive already watched. I dont know the real name of episodes, I shouldnt have to keep track of them to know if Ive seen the episode or not before I click on it. The computer, phone, and the old Apple TV app actually allow me to "find new shows" easier than the homepage for the latest Apple TV update. If youre trying to get people to actually scan through other suggestions, make it easier for them to know when theyre done with the shows they like first. This might be pretty, but its not functional. Prioritize the shows I already watch, then make it easier to navigate.

The new GUI has me on the verge of canceling my subscription. It is horrifically inefficient in terms of getting to the shows I want to watch.

6-10 times per show you have to shut it down and restart everything then find the show and forward to where you left off. By that time you dont even want to watch it any more it ruins any show you might enjoy!,,, Hate it. I would give it minus 5 stars if I could.

This app only works well on very fast internet. Anytime you pause or receive a phone call or go to another app and come back, you have to restart the hulu app because it stops working or the sound is delayed. Its even worse when connected to a bluetooth speaker.

It doesnt remember what episode I watched last. It sometimes starts episodes at the end if Ive watched it previously - even if it was months ago or years ago. I constantly have to turn on closed captioning when Im casting to my TV, even though I have it turned on in the settings. Im honestly a little shocked at how bad this app is. Hulu is a huge company with the resources to make a better app than this!

The new update is absolutely the worst thing Ive ever used hands down. You nailed it guys !!! Thanks for a horrible experience.

Awful app design, on iPhone and Apple TV. Unintuitive interface.Ads forward back handling is probably the worst implemented feature. Makes me watch the ads again and again when going back 10 seconds.

They have great shows....if you can watch 2 minutes of one before it starts freezing up. I have to watch them on my phone because it cant do what Netflix can do on my brand new Vizio TV and just play without freezing. Cancelling.
