Hulu: Stream TV shows & movies App Reviews

Look, I absolutely love this app, but the new update? It is completely not user friendly. I have to search for my shows and some things arent updating. If you could fix this it would be great, or you might loose some costumers.

I searched Netflix and Hulu was the first one to pop up.

Hulu needs to let you download content to watch without Wi-Fi or LTE. Netflix and Prime both do it. Hulu is way behind on this one.

App does not work. Hulu is a waste of money

I enjoy using my Hulu on my various devices. Phone, Amazon Fire, smart tv, and etc. I highly dislike that the dang commercials are super loud and the actual tv shows are super quiet. Specially with a baby thats a few months old that keeps stirring when its commercial time. Ugh!!!

Hulu was such a disappointment. So much potential but it crashes CONSTANTLY! Too annoying with all the commercials- Hulu your shows are impossible to watch going back to Netflix

Decent selection but the new look gives me a headache. Way to much going on, hard to find things

Sooo, I thought something was wrong with my computer or my internet connection, cuz this app crashes constantly and has issues loading and buffering. I rebooted my computer, restarted my modem and uninstalled and re-installed the app multiple times. Then I came on here and low and behold, others are having the same issues! I also have Netflix and amazon prime and never have these problems. Honestly Hulu, if this is not fixed soon, Im gonna drop my subscription, its not worth the money if I cant watch! Ridiculous.

There needs to be bettr movies and shows

This App really needs an upgrade. The interface is confused. It does no remember what youre watching and barely what you have watched. When returning to an episode of a show, it starts up at an earlier already watched episode. But content is good and it now has cc.

Every single time Ive tried to watch something the app (either in my phone, iPad, Apple TV or PlayStation) it crashes. I considered keeping my subscription, but NOTHING works!

I dont know why Hulu decided to ruin their own app. But they did. This is horrible. Absolutely horrible. What a mess.

Yes I really do, but I cant even watch it on my phone anymore, every time I enter the application it gives me a error saying "Something is Wrong" and when I try to login it says its wrong so please fix :)

I only use Hulu and Netflix, I dont have cable. So when I want to watch something I rely on these two apps. Why does Hulu never connect to my chrome? Everrrrr?? Its so annoying that I can only watch Hulu in my living room.

I NEVER write reviews, yet Im so disappointed with this app that I felt compelled to find out how just to let the public know. The current version of Hulu has made it close to unusable. It is difficult if not impossible to find what you need. It is 100% not worth the money. I cant not fathom how this version of the user interface made it out of Alpha testing, much less live market. We will be cancelling our premiere subscription after weeks of trying to get used to it. I would highly suggest not paying a monthly fee for this app until the interface is fixed. It used to be a great product, now it is terrible.

Horrible UI and trying to chromecast is next to impossible.

Hulu works whenever it wants to. I dont understand why you can not fix this app. I think you have insufficient technical team. I watch hulu when hulu decides to work, not when i want, fix the bugs any time soon?

Hulu is great and I love it!! I have it on my iPod and my wii but I do have a suggestion. Please take down all the subbed anime and replace it with dubbed instead because people like and watch dubbed anime ALOT more and I guarantee your ratings would go up if all the awesome animes you have were actually in English. And I sure would use Hulu all the time if it was all dubbed instead. and everyone else would too! It would probably save more money too to just replace it all with dubbed instead of having some animes be both dubbed and subbed but most of them subbed. I did notice that last time I sent a review you guys dubbed Future Diary and I am so freaking grateful!!! I love that you actually listen to reviews, keep up the good work! ☺️☺️☺️

There was very little that separated you from Netflix, and this was the biggest. But since you want to ask if Im still watching after 3-5 episodes, Im done. Im not paying $15 a month for $7 service.
