Cant even get ahold of anyone in support cuz your app is all messed up. Just signed up for the month free trial of HBO & it shows in my account for billing next month but I have no access to it & chat is a 64 minute wait. Ugh

I love Hulu, but I would love it more if I didnt see ads for the exact show I am watching, with spoilers in it. There has got to be a way to get different ads during a specific series....ones that dont ruin a storyline for me.

They made changes recently and now the app freezes and crashes all the time. Time to cancel.

I think its a good app but the problem with the rewinding is accidentally tap the play bar further from what youre watching it automatically goes to commercial and you cant rewind it from there and then you have to sit through another minute and a half of commercial just rewind it to where you were at and then you have to sit through another minute and a half of commercial to start off or you were at kind of dumb if you ask me

Canceling my subscription.

I need to get up to date on my favorite reality show dance moms but I need more episodes and seasons. I need the rest of the episodes for season six and I need seasons seven and eight. Other than that issue Hulu is a great app.

It wont let me log in... everytime I press login it takes me to a subscribe thing and makes me log in again and again and again and I still havent been able to get into my account!!

Netflix deleted all the shows or movies we want to watch! Hulu is better, but I can only find the most recent season of my show. What if I wanted to re-watch it? Still better then Netflix

When I feel like watching something on Hulu that Netflix does not have I be like yay I can watch it but then wants something good happens it slaps my in the face with a commercial and my parents wont upgrade it and Hulu should be happy that people download this app and then they give us commercials in return thats so unfair

The last version was good, then the broke it...I get weird errors whenever I I try to play a video now. Not to mention, all the episodes of the shows I watch are gone. There are only 22 second clips...stupid...fix it or I am canceling my plan.

Subscribed to HBO and Cinemax. They dont show on account or app on iPhone. Cant use browser on iMac so please fix the app. The trial will be over before I can use the service.

Why is something you have to pay for such badly designed? The episodes have a hard time always loading but you have to go back several pages before you can find the next episode youre trying to watch. Netflix has it figured out. Why is it so hard for Hulu to make something that works, especially since I have to sit through the same commercials over and over ?

This new UI is horrible. Takes me a long time to make it do what I want it to do and I end up playing a few wrong shows before I figure out Im on the wrong episode.

Dont be lured into the "30 day free trial with the ability to cancel without costs"...we have been attempting to terminate Hulu from day 12 of the trial period without success. Whats wrong with you Hulu? Cancel our contract now!!!

My app is always spazzing out somehow and now it wont open all together. When I try to reach out no one can give me an answer other than to get a new device. Great customer service ??????????
