Hulu: Watch TV shows & movies App Reviews

The app doesnt seem to recognize the button "Create Account." Doesnt register. Still wanted to charge me though so thats nice.

Says "connection error" right after signing in even with perfect connection

I dont even know where to start anymore. I was willing to let this terrible redesign go if it meant a better overall experience. Its gotten worse. Now theyve added HBO. Cool. Im game. Added it to my account, booted up the app...where are the HBO shows? Desperately Googling answers and find that I have to watch them through to HBO Now app. Great. No problem. Log in in that app as if Im logging into Hulu. I can practically see a Game of Thrones now. No. No, HBO Now says I dont seem to have a subscription through them. Check Hulu again. Nope. Its there. Try HBO Now again. No. I feel stupid. It shouldnt be this hard. Fix yourself Hulu. Quickly.

It works fine. I havent found any problems yet. Has some of my favorite shows. I prefer it over Netflix

Keeps saying check network connection and doesnt let you watch anything.

I signed up for the HBO add on and I cant access it through the app on my iPhone, which is running the required software. However my boyfriend can get it on his Samsung 8. If I cant access it, Im definitely not going to be paying for it once the trial is up.

I added the hbo add on but it doesnt show on my iPad only on my android phone.

Recently updated app is a complete nightmare. It is hard to navigate, slow to load, and just plain annoying at every level. It used to be easy to use and shows were easy to find and manage. Well Im all for updates, but the ones they made here are completely useless. Did they do any usability studies? I seriously doubt it because if they had this never wouldve gone to market as is.

always crashes or never loads, late on episodes. This app is trash dont waste your money lol.

I cant watch Hulu on my phone because I signed up using my FB information. And when I looked up a solution, there wasnt one.

Its great but Im wondering if they have the flash on Hulu and if they dont Hulu can you please take some time out of your day to put the flash on Hulu and if they do may one of you please tell me

The new update is absolutely the worst thing Ive ever used hands down. You nailed it guys !!! Thanks for a horrible experience. Just go back and stop punishing us with this UI.

The new user interface is clunky and not user friendly.

I never rate apps. This is my first app review. I was compelled to review this because the new update to Hulus Apple TV app is so frustrating to use. I wish they would revert to the previous version, I never had a problem with it.

Its awful. You called it user friendly and its not. I want it to go back to how it used to be. You literally made it more complicated. Just because it looks pretty doesnt mean its better.

I have to delete this app and reload it every day because it keeps crashing. When Im ready to watch my shows I dont feel like going through all of this because its frustrating. And Im good with commercials but every time I go back to hear something I missed I have to watch four more commercials even though I just finished watching them ten seconds before. They need to fix this!!

Please add Game of Thrones.

I added HBO to my account for an additional $14.99 a month but I still dont see any HBO content yet. Is there a separate app that needs to be downloaded in order for me to access HBO?

When you had a queue, new episodes of shows you picked would queue and auto play. It was the best way to watch TV. Now we have this bulls*** watchlist that has everything youve ever watched. I never know what has new episodes. It auto plays shows that Ive never watched if the show I chose runs out of episodes and then that crap is in my watchlist. I almost never use Hulu anymore.

When you go to pick back up on a show, it grabs the wrong one. Then you have to go back and figure out what episode youre on, but not until Hulu makes you watch 96 commercials while you figure it out. Unintelligent interface.
