Hulu: Watch TV shows & movies App Reviews

The whole point of the HBO free trial was the promise of having all your channels in one place. Wrong. HBO just doesnt appear as an Add On in the Hulu app, no matter how many times you log out and back in. Yes, you can watch your free trial on the HBO NOW app, with its subpar interface, but I wanted to see what HBO was like on Hulus better platform.

This app is truly terrible. I am running the latest iOS 10.3.2 and using the latest Hulu app. I opt in to start a one month free trial of HBO via my desktop--easy enough. Well, HBO is nowhere to be found on this app for iPhone. None of the HBO shows even come up in search. Went to try to contact support via the app--and when I hit send, I get an error to "try again later". Tried to remove HBO from my account via app and theres nowhere to do that in account settings. It only lets you upgrade to commercial-free. Hey, Hulu: invest in a decent app! There are many talented developers out there but they dont come cheap. You get what you pay for and based on this app we clearly see where your priorities are. Its NOT in your user experience.

The new interface is not user friendly. Like, what happened to simplicity? This interface makes it so hard to find shows, past seasons, and new episodes. Total dissapointment.

Slow. Red circle backslash of death. Unresponsive. The good news is at least Im paying a premium for the new "interface".

I am very disappointed with the latest user interface changes especially as they display for Apple TV. I cannot find anything and there are no longer easy to scan visual indicators for how many new episodes are available... Ive used Hulu MUCH less since the release of the new version. I genuinely hope that Hulu listens to their users and makes some additional changes.

I can log in on my PS4, TV, in a web browser. But this app keeps saying "wrong email or password". I know Im putting it in right as I keep making sure its right on other devices. I called Hulu support and they told me to change my password which still didnt help. I feel robbed. I pay for Hulu so should I not be able to watch it on the app too? Im extremely frustrated as going out of town I wouldve loved to bring Hulu with me. So if anyone reads this before getting the app...DONT BOTHER. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. WASTE OF TIME. Oh do not call Hulu support either because they have a complete lack of support. Nothing helped. This app is terrible and Im beginning to feel the same about Hulu in general.

Received an email about 1 month free HBO. The email didnt say not available through Hulu & through Hulu for smart tvs. Chatted & was told its only for Hulu live $40 a month + $14.99 HBO. $60 a month for what? Nothing ! No thanks. Hulu took some shows & movies off We watched but still show them listed online. I have Netflix & love it. No more Hulu for us. Its bad no good shows or movies. I can watch anything through my cable company & Netflix. Hulu Next time put the in the email because its very misleading to your paying customers. Now ex paying customer.

Hello Hulu, Can I know why I cant see my new HBO channel on my app? This aint the time to be messing with us game of thrones games. Help a girl out.

Last update is in a way very sleek and pretty, but painfully clunky to use. Frankly, I hate it. Ive been avoiding using it. Its just terrible.

I like it a lot but the only problem I have is that it does not always have all the season like regular show they dont have the 8th season and I want to see the rest of it

I like the new look, its amazing. Chromecast integration works out of the box

This is what it looks like when an app commits sepuku via atrocious UI. Slow painful death as it experiences gradual user exodus until its too late to stop the bleeding of revenue and customers. Hulu, pull your head out of your donut hole and undo the horrible nightmare involving this horrendous UX.

This app will not allow me to sign into my account. It is logging me into someone elses account named Tina. Not only is that annoying but it is a major security issue. I advise paying for a competent programmer so you do not disappoint and lose more customers. App programmers are a dime a dozen and will greatly increase profits by reducing losses.

I enjoy it, but the captions turn on miraculously when I dont want them. Please fix.

Keeps saying something is wrong when I try to open the app and I refresh and I download and re download and reset my phone and it still doesnt work ...

So first off it keeps saying for me to watch episodes Ive seen. It doesnt save where I left off lately, it keeps kicking me back a few episodes. It shows me the same suggestions in the same categories. Not the quality of app for people who oh for its service

I lost most of the shows I had saved on my watchlist and it didnt remember what I had watched from the shows that were left on my watchlist Edit: Gave it two stars because of what happened after the update but changed it to four because I love all the new stuff that theyre adding

I like this app this app needs improvement to need to add more Disney channel tv shows update tv shows seasons. add old Disney tv shows and current tv series. And more current tv series on other tv network.
