Hulu: Stream TV shows & movies App Reviews

After updating and attempting to use this app to watch a favorite show, I know remember why I quit using it in the first place. Always crashes, non stop buffering (not an issue with ANY of my other apps), and overall very low reliability. Its extremely frustrating to pay $14 for this service every month to have it NOT WORK.

I just downloaded the app and it doesnt work at all for me. Nothing will play, episodes dont even show up

I was trying to watch tv and it kept saying connection trying to connect,but my wifi settings says strong connection. To many ads. Just not a good app to watch on your phone its good for tv just a disappointment

Ive been watching your new commercial and it states you load new episodes the day after it airs. Ive found this to be false advertising; the new season of Underground is 4 episodes in but it not on your site.

Hulu is a good app, but the ads during tv shows are very annoying.

I pay $14 a month because Im strongly against streaming services having commercials but besides the no commercials, Im not really getting a bang for my buck. First of all the app acts like it is incredibly high tech and can only be supported on the BEST of wifi! I try to refrain from using it on my chromecast as much as possible b/cuz it always lags on there and no, its not my wifi b/cuz NONE of my other chromecast apps do that. It also takes an extremely good connection with my data for the app to run, again, I dont experience that on any of my other steaming apps. And now onto the smaller things that are really annoying, there is no next episode button...theres only a button to go back to the previous episode...literally makes no sense. Also, when I click on movie genres for kids, it only comes up with the SAME EXACT tv show options as tv genres for kids. Thats very annoying, makes it harder to browse. Really hope these issues are fixed soon or else Ill have to cancel the subscription again and you guys will send me countless emails again to come back to less than mediocre service...

I cant even make an account without it crashing all the time, I swear Im trying to come here to watch stuff that Netflix dont even have but I cant and it pisses me off

Disappointed. The app showed error every time I made an action: try to resume an episode, search for a TV show, etc.

I use this to cast to my tv. Sometimes the cast icon doesnt even show up, and I have to open and close the app repeatedly to get it to come up. Also, if pause the show for longer than a few minutes, it disconnects. Super irritating when youve paused it to answer a call or run into the kitchen to do a little dinner prep. Also, its not as easy to navigate as Netflix. Cant really look up other tv shows as well or even look up episode info. All in all, it has a lot of good shows, but it could use a few tweaks. Oh, and Im hard of hearing so I have to use captioning. Even though I have the captioning on in the settings, I have to go in each time I open up the app and turn it back on. That shouldnt happen. If Ive set it to be on, the captioning should come on automatically.

Will you add up the new show called Ingobernable?

I love the concept of Hulu, but it does not work on my AppleTV, Roku, iPad, iPhone, or MacBook. The system constantly posts error messages which render it useless. Oh, and both Netflix and Sling work fine.

Wow, this app flies on Android but is super slow when using on an iPad. Very slow load times and has a lot of issues when casting to a first gen and second gen Chromecast.

I had the app installed on Apple TV and deleted it. Syncs with your phones location data for accurate ad targeting but ends up giving you too many irrelevant commercials when trying to watch a show.

We like this app, when it works. However, it constantly freezes and gives errors. Disappointed.

I constantly have to delete the app and re download it. Sometimes like 20 times in a row before the app works. It just says something went wrong when I try opening it.

ON THE APPLE WATCH APP YOU SHOULD HAVE A BUTTON SO WE COULD SKIP OR GO TO THE PAST EPISODE

Really getting tired of the ads every 5 fricking minutes.

This app DOES NOT let me login its horrible dont download this app ?????

Im linked with my Facebook account on my computer but theres no option to do that on the app
