Hulu: Stream TV shows & movies App Reviews

Use to have no problem with Hulu but now it doesnt matter what I am watching it on it crashes or tells me to retry again later.. please fix it or you will loose a customer thanks

I really enjoy Hulu. No money coming out of your pocket. Just free watching! But the fact that there are SO many ads also shows that Hulu does not have enough money to stay stable and on its feet without the support of others. Netflix has no ads, but it charges you a lot of money for a month, making me choose ads over pocket money going out the door. Hulu is overall quite good. Just remove the ads and you have yourself a best seller product.

The app kept crashing on me even with a solid wifi connection. The profile options arent loading and the search keeps saying the app lost internet connection and try again later. Ive already proved internet is working by opening the Safari internet browser and looking up a random site which works.

Every time you rewind or fast-forward the app crashes. Reached out to technical support, and of course its The usual suspect. Uninstall the app, reinstall the app, unplug your modem your router your Apple TV and then get back with us and of course none of those things work what a waste of time

WHERE IS SEASON ONE OF SUPERSTORE. works good on everything else, maybe a little too much commercials but super upset it doesnt have the first season of superstore but has season 2

I have subscribed to Hulu for several years - and I always found the service pretty reliable, with overall good streaming quality (I have the commercial free service) and good content. But starting just a few days ago, the app and service just stopped working for me! It started on one of my Apple TVs with an authentication error. Nothing seemed to resolve the issue so I deleted and reinstalled the app. Then I couldnt get it to restore my purchase! So gave up, watched Netflix - rock solid! - until the next day when I tried to watch Hulu on a different device. Same problems! So after spending about half hour with support, the end result is they assume it is an "intermittent" issue and in a day or two should go away. Seriously? This is what I pay for? Keep your fingers cross and hope it works? Well, I will give it 7 days - thats when the subscription renews. If it is isnt stream by then - done with Hulu.

It wont let me change my set birthday. I set it as the wrong birthday and it is stuck like that.

I literally changed my password twice and I still can not log on.

All of my watchlist has been deleted and I have no clue why. I was only just watching it an hour before and now all of it is gone. Please fix it with this new layout coming out soon. I havent had any problems until now.

Nothing but brainwashing commercials over and over and over! Netflix is 100% better!

Closed captioning still has to be turned on every episode. How is this not fixed yet? Works on android fine.

Freezes, restarts, network errors and loses my place constantly. Never had any of these problems with Amazon or Netflix. Glad they offered a trial because I would be really ticked if I had paid for this!

Stops video every 3-5 minutes with an error. "Sorry, an error has occurred while streaming this video. We apologize for any inconvenience." Not wifi related because all other streaming apps work perfectly.

i could literally be the only one connected to the wifi in my house and my shows still wouldnt load ? ridiculous how i cant even watch a show when my data could be 5 bars LTE or all 3 bars of wifi. back to netflix!

Im not sure if its just me, or if this is happening to other people. Whenever I open the app it doesnt show my watchlist. The information is there but then it disappears. When I search for things it wont let me play any episodes. I would watch anime in my bed on my phone all the time! Now I cant even do that! I love Having Hulu, but not being able to use it is problematic. No commercials no problem, unable to use service problem. You get me? I dont want to harm your rating so Ill give you a three.

Its a very unusable app. Its just a waste of space.

The app wouldnt let me log in. But I can log in on all other devices beside my phone. Contacted them to fix the issue and the were completely clueless. They gave me a good ring around the rosy for a half hour before they just ended up just crediting me for the inconvenience. Not to mention I cant watch videos through the browser on my phone anymore as they are trying to push people to use this app. Waste of my time.

Crash alert, crash alert, I cant watch anything due to crashing. Completely useless on my ipad2.
