Just Went Downhill Fast
I have subscribed to Hulu for several years - and I always found the service pretty reliable, with overall good streaming quality (I have the commercial free service) and good content. But starting just a few days ago, the app and service just stopped working for me! It started on one of my Apple TVs with an authentication error. Nothing seemed to resolve the issue so I deleted and reinstalled the app. Then I couldnt get it to restore my purchase! So gave up, watched Netflix - rock solid! - until the next day when I tried to watch Hulu on a different device. Same problems! So after spending about half hour with support, the end result is they assume it is an "intermittent" issue and in a day or two should go away. Seriously? This is what I pay for? Keep your fingers cross and hope it works? Well, I will give it 7 days - thats when the subscription renews. If it is isnt stream by then - done with Hulu.
