Hulu: Watch TV shows & movies App Reviews

Whats the point of good content if users cant easily find it? The new watchlist is Terrible! The old queue was fantastic. Why eliminate with a great feature? Adding a Watchlist feature is fine but bring back the Queue. I watch a number of network tv shows that are currently airing so the automatic Queue additions were a key in keeping me hooked on Hulu. Will ditch my subscription if the Queue feature isnt restored.

I dont know why you guys have a commercial on there because we are paying for the app. Maybe if you guys take off the Commercials more people like and rate the app better.

The watchlist is unusable. Stuff is in a weird order, cant see what is new on the list, lots of old stuff is there now that I dont watch anymore. Why did you make this change?

This is the first time I have ever written a review on an app. But if u guys dont change things, I will cancel my subscription. It shows things as new I have already seen, seasons that are out I just watched and says they are not out. Ummm what?? Will cancel if u dont fix. 2 stars bc I still have some hope.

This version is awful! My queue is gone!!! I literally have to search or find everything I want to watch. I use this app daily so this has really ruined it for me.

I have lived on Hulu since cutting cable a couple months ago but this latest update was horrible. Why would you remove the Queue??? Now I cant tell when my favorite shows have a new episode to watch and its really annoying. Please bring back the Queue!!!

Before the latest update I always told people that Hulu was great but without the queue its a big mess. Dont know what I already watched and havent watched. After being a subscriber for many years if things dont change it will be time to cancel

It was a great app the queue is gone and that made it so easy to use. All my new shows would just go straight to my queue line. Now I have manually goin and add the new episodes. Im sure theyll try to make penny pinch us later into buy the queue with somer upgraded version. Bad move Hulu

They got rid of the queue. Now you have to search for each show individually because it doesnt automatically tell you which new episodes came out.

What in the world is wrong with Hulu lately. I loved this app but over the last 3 weeks I cant login in on my phone and when I do log in it says it can not connect. Works fine on Apple TV but not on my phone. Fix it!!! if it does not work I will cancel my subscription since I mainly watch on my phone

Much harder to find new episodes of the shows I want to watch. Now I have to scroll through a ton of items looking for a tiny "new" logo. Poor design.

Watchlist is garbage. It has taken away all functionality for watching the shows you want to watch. You now have to scroll through a list of all of the shows searching for new episodes instead of just a list of the episodes you actually want to watch. Its the most illogical system on any video viewing platform. If it were released at the beginning of the month I honestly would have thought it was an April Fools joke because thats how unusable it is. And while Im at it, its 2016 we should be able to see episode comments in the app.

Broad city on the go and a bunch of new movies every month

This is nicely designed. It is convenient when Im decompressing from the day on my patio and have time to easily catch up on TV shows or continue a movie or documentary. No streaming or quality issues. Good functionality. I now use this more often than Netflix or Amazon. Keep going Hulu.

Over all a good app, but you have to keep but you have to keep reloading the episodes when a commercial ends, which is annoying after the 10th time. But this may only apply to Chromecast users.

Pink slip with no severance package to whoever thought the watch list was a good idea! Bring back the queue please. Also have nothing but connection issues with the Apple TV app but the Samsung smart tv app is always ok. Figure that out!

This new watchlist thing is friggin terrible! I was trying to catch up on the shows I watch but I dont know which one I left off with. The queue made it so much easier to find the new episodes! Please get rid of this watchlist thing and bring back the queue!!!

ok so my hulu app wont let me play anything??? it just says "couldnt be played" or something. Ive deleted the app, re-downloaded it and its still doing it. so idk whats going on but i hope it gets fixed bc id like to watch anime at school & at home on my phone instead of my laptop or tv.

The new Watchlist feature is about three steps backwards from the old Queue. It shows episodes Ive already watched as "New" and fails to highlight week-old episodes that I havent watched yet. With the Queue it was possible to easily see how many new episodes of my favorites shows were available. Now, you have to wade through multiple screens to piece that information together. The Watchlist seems like a half-baked idea foisted upon us just for the sake of changing something. Please either bring back the Queue or add enough customization features to the Watchlist to make it usable.
