Needs an update ASAP

This app used to be better than Netflix IMO. But it needs a serious over haul. Streaming doesnt work, Closed Captioning comes on randomly, constantly buffers in between shows. If Im paying 15 dollars a month for this subscription I should be able to enjoy watching my shows without all these problems. Fix it soon or this app will be deleted and you will have lost a paying customer.
