Major work needs to be done

Ive called Hulu several times for the same issue: (Samsung TV) Hulu app closes on its own during or after the commercials then restarts. Instructed to run speed test, which meets requirements, power down tv and modem after which the app will work but only temporarily. (iPhone 6s) The volume will cut out. (Apple TV) Same issue as everyone else. The new interface isnt friendly at all. Hulu remains the only streaming app Im having these issues with.
