What a Joke

Ive just signed up with a free trial and have already had to reset my password because your system didnt accept it. Got that issue sorted and now Im adding shows/films to my list on the app on my phone but it is not syncing with the app on my TV. The interface is not user friendly and I attempted to submit a request for assistance as well as some feedback but guess what, it could t process due to an error.

Doesnt inspire much confidence I must say. Back to Netflix I go. That lasted less than 15 minutes!
