Loss of functions

What is supposed to be an exciting new update is actually an App deal breaker for me. The great strength of the app was the ability to check on new and popular episodes with ease. Now it hardly makes sense at all emphasizing categories i could care less about, like which network a show is on. This is an absolute UI failure and may make my subscription useless.

Who picks up their iPad and wants to hunt for something to watch by only searching by genre (which are poorly arranged) or network.

I want to watch what was on last night.
I want to watch what is popular.
I want to pick from my favorites.
I want to channel surf.

But I hate, absolutely hate, having to glean through poorly curated lists irrelevant to my tastes to find something to watch. Please Hulu. Make it stop.
