This app hurts my soul and kills my visually impaired husband

Ive been a Hulu customer for many years.
I LOVE their content and availability, but for heavens sake Hulu GET A BETTER TECH TEAM.
This "great new upgrade" has been the most frustrating and frankly unattractive thing Ive dealt with in a while.
I mainly use it on my Apple TV with voiceover because my husband is visually impaired and this most recent version of the app is not streamlined, very touchy and glitchy (it says youre on one thing, you select it, and it starts playing something else. I have to visually search to fix it. My husband gets so frustrated and feel inferior) and on top of it being kind of ugly, its just very difficult to see whats going on with how crowded it is. The old version crashed ALL the time but at least it had a fairly streamlined concept.
Seriously disappointed Hulu :(
