Frustrating and sometimes impossible to use

I use this app to cast to my TV because both the playstation3 and playstation4 app consistently crash and dont work. This app isnt much better.
I have to consistently open and close the app to get the cast button to work, it constantly disconnects or restarts my episodes, and the select episode page just gets worse and worse with every update.
Now I cant even select what episodes I want, Im just at the mercy of whatever the app wants to play on its own.
Whenever I call customer service, Im met with, "Its your fault, no Hulus." Ive done everything possible to remedy the situation, and when nothing works, its obviously my fault, not a faulty app or poor customer service. Yeah, sure.
Just about ready to end my subscription and stick with Netflix. The customer abuse isnt worth the money.
