Wont load

I tried using the app on my phone while getting my cars oil changed done and I couldnt watch any shows even tho I was signed onto wifi, a pop up saying "There was a problem playing this video, please try again later" I tried for 20min with other videos as well and same pop up, kind of annoying. I thought Hulu would come in handy for moments like these since I dont watch much tv.
