Unreliable after last update

Im watching on iPad Air 2. All was fine until the last update.
Frequent freezing and poor quality video. Sometimes, all I can see are clips, no full episodes. I have no problems with any of my other streaming apps. Only Hulu. Hulu says its my ISP, but its not. Hulu has some major fixing to do.
