Wrongful cancelation

I was worried about getting charged at the end of my free trial because I dont use the card often and I didnt want to forget to have money in my account, and it told me I could still use the service for the month so I went ahead and cancelled it. Hulu then told me I dont have a subscription so they totally canceled my plan and BSed me. Thats ridiculous service.
