Disappointed!!!

I have had Hulu for just about two months and I am very disappointed in the service.
At first, it worked on all of my devices. Then it wouldnt work on one of my TVs. Now it wont work on my pad or my iPhone. I tried to get help from apple support.I followed what they said to do and it still doesnt work. I dont like paying for an app that does not work. I read on line that Apple has to configure whatever you configure so that the app will work.
Please FIX !!!!!!
