Sub-titles

So tired of pausing to go check on the kids or dinner or on a message on another page and come right back and find I have sub-tittles. Yes they are off in settings but still come on. Also I dont like how it doesnt next episode button. Just so many little irritants Im thinking of cancelling if it doesnt start working better.
Do you know how annoying it is when someone needs to have a quick text conversation with you and EVERY time yo come back to show it is on sub-titles? You have to use the back arrow click on the show again to get the sub-titles to go away.
