Customer service is crap!

Dont bother reporting a problem because apparently they dont read or only partially read your email. My Watchlist disappeared when I did the last update and, when I reported it, I got responses that did not address the problem. One response said they were sorry about my PLAYBACK problem! Ridiculous!!
