Worst service ever

I signed up for a free trial and attempted to cancel the subscription. Weirdly, my password is wrong even though I use the same password for everything. So when I try to reset my password, the system wont send me a reset link or code. Now I am going to have to pay for a terrible service I didnt want in the first place until I can unsubscribe.
